    Hello,

    The Random Number Generator in OMAP devices is part of its security & cryptographic features, and its information is not publicly available. You need NDA agreement. 

    If you already have signed NDA with TI, you can contact your local sales representative for information how to obtain the document containing the information about all security & cryptographic modules inside omap (in your case RNG).
