We have used AM1808 in our new design. EMIFA port of the AM1808 is used to interface NAND. We have received the first proto and interface is working fine.
Here, during the signal timing and quality validation testing, we found some spikes on the data waveform. Please refer attached waveform.
We are observing such spikes more frequently during the UBL/UBOOT are being processed. Please do let us know if this is the known issue, hardware bug or some software configurations is required to resolve this issue.
