XDS560v2 mezzanine card power connector

I have a TI EVM 6678LE with XDS560v2 mezzanine card. I’m very curious to know mezzanine card’s power connector pin definitions.

All pins are very easy to understand, except this XDS560_IL pin. Oscillograph wave indicates it is not always a simple ‘0’ or ‘1’ logic. I searched everywhere(Advantech.com, blackhawk-dsp.com) and got nothing about this pin’s description.
Could anyone here help me?

  • Longxiao,

We intentionally do not define the signal on this pin.  It is a security interlock signal.  The XDS560V2 mezzanine emulator will only work when attached to the EVM.  These are not licensed for use separately.  If you desire the ability to produce emulator cards that are licensed to be portable, please contact the TI EPK team about getting a license to produce the newer XDS200 series emulators.  The XDS200 series of emulators are designed and licensed for integration into customer boards.
