Hello,
There is no such software, that I know of, which is presented to customers.

I am sorry, I may have misunderstood your query.
If you are looking for debug software for OMAP devices, there is the Code Composer Studion.
Another useful software tools for OMAP are: Register Descriptor Tool, Clock Tree Tool, Pad Configuration Tool.
But if you are looking for OMAP simulator, as I said, no such software is presented to customers.
Looking at ds-5 software product folder: http://www.arm.com/products/tools/software-tools/ds-5/index.php I see that it is possible to use it as Cortex-A8 and quad-core Cortex-A9 model simulator.
But you should have in mind that OMAP devices are System on Chip, they have a lot of other subsystems besides the MPU CortexA9, such as Display Subsystem, DSP Subsystem, Imaging Subsystem, etc..

Yordan
