How to solve the issue - DM368 Appro ipnc NFS boot?

I want to boot the camera using nfs server.

It's the boot command and argument :

setenv bootcmd 'tftpboot 0x80700000 uImage_ipnc_DM368_IMX036_NFS;bootm 0x80700000'

setenv bootargs 'console=ttyS1,115200n8 noinitrd rw ip=dhcp root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=166.104.231.74:/home/kim/ipnc/target/rdmnt2,nolock mem=46M'

And, Here is my log :

U-Boot 1.3.4 (Dec 9 2010 - 17:44:14) DM368-IPNC-1.0.1
