env: rdk 4.1 and 8168evm
our data flow:
the resolution of dei_sc is the same as input(1024*768), and the resolution of vip_sc is 352*288,
at the same time , one channel audio is encoding with AAC,
and we make the whole video link-chain above recreate every four seconds, and also the audio recreate every three seconds, After about five days running, the m3video down came out.
