We could able to root cause the issue. There is a problem with the output buffer allocation, it is not sufficient to hold the encoded bytes in this case. We will fix the issue and publish the updated library by end of next week.

Why do you need the library built with older codegen tools? All the codecs and MCSDK-Video are now built w/ 7.4.

      Because I can build our project successfully with CGT7.2.4. But I got a "internal fatal error #99926" If 

I build the project with CGT7.4.2.

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Understood, you cannot link two different libraries, one built with 7.2.x and the other with 7.4.x, into a single executable.

My question was what the other components in your project are - that are built with 7.2.x. May be - you should upgrade to build those with 7.4.x as well, instead of requesting the codecs built with 7.2.x

We're officially supporting MCSDK-Video, and all the codecs built with 7.4.x only.
