Recommended SBSDRAM for use with C6713B

Is there a recommended SBSDRAM for use with the C6713B?

We would like to use something in the range of 500KBytes. 6713B has input clock of 48 MHz, PLL multiplies by 4 to 192 MHz.

    Todd,

    Your best chance will be to remove the 'D' and do a search in this forum for SBSRAM, if that is what you are looking for. There may be some mentions of devices and you might be able to glean some rating of their successes.

    I doubt we will have anyone who would kn ow what, if any, SBSRAM was used on the original internal test boards. And even then, they would not know if those should be recommended.

    But any devices you find that meet the C6713's timing specs will work just fine. Not what you wanted to hear, sorry.
