Is there really variation of 0.8 nsec on CLKOUT2 cycle time? (reference Table 11-3, Switching Characteristics for CLKOUT2, datasheet SGUS049K, revised April 2001)
Input frequency is 48 MHz, PLL takes that up to 192 MHz, then divided back to get CLKOUT2 of 48 MHz.
