I am new in DSP, I want to Know what kind of tool it is better to start, my application it is: there is a signal   sinusoidal, the frequency it´s about 5Khz - 100Khz, I need sample this signal and analyze what changes happened, I need to put filters, I need adjust the gain, etc.
