SCCB interface response improvement with hand touch

Hello,

We have interfaced Camera IC using SCCB interface with sitara controller. we had small modification in PCB, so externally connected SCCB signals to camera IC.

Now when we touch the SCCB reworked signals, we get good responce from camera and when we remove hand we get zero data. We have connected 4.7K pull up on SCCB signals.

Please advice what could be reason and solution.
