Can I know each channel's codec information using DVR RDK API function?

For example, if any channel's created codec is H.264 and I call any function, it returns that it is H.264.

I searched DVR RDK API Guide, but I can't find it.

I appreciated that tell about related function or documents.

There is no direct API to get this. Its assumed that information is available with app creating the use case. You will have to extend McFW API.

It is simple to implement such a functionality.You can just add coding type to the DEC_LINK_CMD_GET_BUFFER_STATISTICS link command params to return codec type.
