Is there a Clock Tree tool for DM814x devices?

  • If yes -- where can I get it
  • If no -- are there any plans to make/port one?

    No, there is no CTT for DM814x device.

    I am not aware of any plans to make/port one. You can use the DM814x clock framework instead:
