Help using GPIO pins to control LEDs for the TMS320C6672

Thanks for responding to my post. How about this design?  I use a Digitally Controlled Analog Switch and buffer. During Full Reset which is a low, the Analog Switch switched to the Configuration setting, either a pull-up or a pull-down. After reset, that is when the Full Reset is a high then the switch will be able to control the LED. I've also attached the .jpg file for a closer look.

The switch portion of the circuit looks ok but I don't see how the 74LVC07 can turn the LED off. It appears that there is always a path to ground which will keep the LED lite. I think it would work if you remove the connection to ground between the LED and the 07 buffer. Also, if you are only driving a single LED so you may want to use the SN74LVC1G07. This is a single buffer version of the part you've selected.
