Dear all,

I am trying to find a solution to a problem of promiscuous mode for TI AM3359 SoC (on my BeagleBone Black board). After several kernel changes, looking for patches, I got at dead end for now :)

Last thing i could find was correspondence at http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.linux.network/246082 which is more that a year old.

Is there any progress on CPSW driver for linux regarding promisc mode?

Hi Milan,

CPSW promiscuous mode support has been added to the TI distributed Linux EZSDK since PSP 04.06.00.09.

Hi Biser,

Thank you very much for quick response and solution to my problem. Just had a peak into cpsw source code and that was all I needed. Until now, i didn't even acknowledged EZSDK :(

That is great news. A link to the driver source code would be appreciated since i would like to back port this into the ubuntu driver.
