Hello

I would like to create a GUI to work with TMS320C6713 DSK.

What dll shall I use to make it possible to read and write data from/to processor using on board emulator?

Do you mean, you would like to develop a GUI app to run on TMS320C6713 or from your topic "PC data exchange", Do you want to know how to develop applications in PC using CCS and flash/load it into the target, DSKC6713? using emulator? CCS is the GUI composer to develop software for TI devices.
