Booting Problem in USB Example Code!!

Hi Folks,

I am using C5515 EVM and TI CSL Example codes. I can run these codes (CSL_USB_HidExample_Out and CSL_USB_PollExample_Out) with emulation mode. 

I am trying to boot these USB example codes. I succeed to boot them by using usb_boot64.exe program. However, I could not boot them by using programmer.out (I tried NAND Flash, NOR Flash, SPI EEPROM - all of them failed)

What is the reason? How can we fix these problem??
