Hello all,

I have two TMDSEVM6678L boards with AMC to PCIe adaptor, but the problem I I grilled TMS320C6678, I left the switch power during 5 hours.

I want to say also, what is the nature of the red component?

Hi Zakaria

The AMC to PCIE adapter is a product of Einfochips. You can find a schematic for the board at the following link. I can't see the reference designator of the component in question from the pictures.

Can you tell me what is causing this problem, it is because I leave powered during 5 hours or something else??

because I would not like falling into the same error again

Hi Zakaria,

As I said, I can't tell which component is effected. I only have the material that appears on the Einfochips website so my knowledge is limited.
