How to pause XGE transmission?

We are working with a Keystone2 device. We communicate with another device using the XGE 10Gbe interface. If the remote device fails the system switches to another remote device. During the handover from one device to the other we need to pause transmission. While transmission is paused,, the application may continue to send UDP packets to the XGE interface. These packets should queue until the interface is unpaused.

How could I pause transmission for this purpose? Can I do so in the XGE interface, or is there something I could do in the QMSS or in the PKT DMA?

You can find the Transport Net Library in MCSDK, which includes NETAPI. It has data Path configuration, Packet Send/Receive APIs. I hope, you can find the option for stop the transmission at the NETCP.
NETAPI- PKTIO provides a channel interface for transmission and/or reception of packets between host and remote endpoints.

Hi David;

How could you init and use 10Gbe ?
I couldnt find any example project or csl lib function?
Could you give some information please?

We used example code supplied directly to us by TI.

Actually we use Keystone 2 device and we try to connect two board via 10Gbe.

I tried loopback with board connected between TX RX. But I couldnt send anything. Packets are received from host but cant be sent from module. There may be init problem

Could you share example code with us?
