Where is remote_debug_client progra?

Hi, we are using EZSDK 5_05_02_00 for DM8148 and overlay code.

I would like to see debug traces from M3 processor and it seems like I should be able to use remote_debug_client to do so, but I cannot find it. Where can I find it?

We have EZSDK and overlay code, but we don't have DVRDRK. So getting DVRDRK is the way to get the remote_debug_client?
