DHCP client can't get IP

Hi,

i'm trying to create the sample demo in

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/TI-RTOS_HTTP_Example

and it is working but the my board is taking the IP using the DHCP and sometimes not, after more investigation using the wireshark and listening to the traffic from the board, i found that the board takes an IP address when it broadcast the request to the DHCP server and it won't get the IP and displaying fault message when it doesn't broadcast the request ""Service Status: DHCPC : Enabled : Fault : 002""

So why sometimes the board isn't broadcasting the DHCP request?

my board is: DK-TM4C129

the NDK version :ndk_2_23_00_00

the TI-RTOS version:tirtos_1_21_00_09

i checked your link and i couldn't find anything that helped me, i tried all the mentioned ideas with no hope.

and i'm really need a real help, such that i'm in the middle of proof of the concept for the TM4C129 to be used with our new products line.

anyway, as add-on to my previous post, i found that TI sample of the TCPecho is working properly and consistently and it can get the IP with no problem so i considered as a start and clean point to add the http server and the following results are gotten:

1- if i enabled the instrumented mode to the EMAC module in GUI, i will face the problem of not toget the IP

2- if i keep the instrumented mode disabled, and just i added the HTTP module without even create a http instance, i will face the IP problem once again.

We are still trying to determine the root cause (and viable work-around until the root cause is determined).
