I'm using OMAP 4430 running Android, and I'm running into problems when trying to update the target bitrate for the encoder using OpenMAX API. When the encoder is running I'm using OMX_IndexConfigVideoBitrate to change the bitrate, but I get an error stating this isn't a supported index.
How can I dynamically change the target bitrate?
