I have been trying unsuccessfully to find the Device Data Manual. Can someone please provide a working link to it, or at least the chapter that has the Terminal assignment and Ball characteristics.
it does make it rather difficult for someone contemplating a design based on this chip when this information is not available. If there are problems with the manual then can't those areas be removed or marked accordingly?
