I want to use timer pheripheral in sys/bios project. directly using HWI, dynamically  configured the timer

but still conflict occurs,

In .cfg file  clock module is added to project.

I am using:

DSK TMS320C6455.

SYS/BIOS : 6.35.1.29

XDC tool version : 3.25.0.48
