I am not sure that I understand your question. Are you mean set the platform to ti.syslink.samples.rtos.platforms.ti814x.dsp. If yes check here:

already created project for syslink examples has been provided, I am trying to build the example given for syslink DSP, in which properties of that project "platform:" field is given as "ti.syslink.samples.rtos.platforms.ti814x.dsp" which I don't have in my system. I am referring to the platform package "ti.syslink.samples.rtos.platforms.ti814x.dsp".
