How to define external crystal(DEVOSC) tolerance with related peripheral I/Os on DM8148?

Hi all,

I want to calculate external crystal tolerance with the worse case situation. I check the datasheet that crystal frequency stability is +/-50ppm for maximum. Can TI please indicate me how to calculate this maximum value that reasons for each peripheral I/Os? Thanks in advance.

    Which version of the DM814x datasheet you are using?

    This is what we have in tha latest (SPRS647E – MARCH 2011 – REVISED DECEMBER 2013)


    Please have a look on the latest versions of the DM814x TRM (section 2.4) and DM814x datahseet (section 7.4.1).
