MMC1 bias info

In the 35xx TRM under the MM/SD/SDIO chap. 22 there is a reference to the "Extended-Drain I/Os and PBIAS Cell Basic Programming Guide" for controlling the 1.8 or 3.0 volt card supply. Where is this info?

I also see a lot of stuff in the BSP like checking the silicon revision and slot controller number when applying the bias values.

1) Just what is the issue?

2) I assume SDHC controller 2 and 3 you don't have to do anything with the bias pads as they are 1.8 volt only?

I really need the info on the biasing the SDHC1 slot and how slot 2 and 3 work if operating at 1.8 volt only. Also, what was the silicon issue?

I found the info on the biasing pads in the TRM. Still unclear how much this applies to SDHC 2 and 3.
