when i set the cap out dataFormat SYSTEM_DF_YUV422SP_UV

and use the DEI_LINK_OUT_QUE_VIP_SC to directly the enc ,then there is no enc data?

so why?

It looks like DEI is dropping frames because it is searching for odd field FID but not finding any odd fields. It looks like your app is wrongly setting captureLink scanFormat to interlaced where actually it is capturing progressive
