Is it Possible to Load BOOTLOADER(Uboot/AIS Image) using Serial Flasher Tool without the availability of RAM ?

Can someone please tell in simple answer ? Yes or No. Just need to Flash Bootloader in NAND flash. Is RAM availability is Must or not ?

How you will run or execute code without RAM?

Surely we need external mDDR/DDR2 for running the u-boot code(SFH tool configuration is consists of DDR coding (timings & regs)),

Ok, can you refer me the wiki where they have shown how to load Kernel and File System using Serial Flasher Tool?

Hi Taqi,

Serial flasher tool is only for the flashing bootloader and not for kernel or filesystem,

Have you flashed u-boot on your board and got u-boot shell?

Once you flashed u-boot into NAND/SPI flash and let meknow and I ll provide you the next steps for flashing the kernel and filesystem,,
