Demo [C28] Example - Error

I have a F28M35H52C1 Controller and I want to use IPC communication between the M3 and C28. So I start to import the Example from the TI Resource Explorer for both Processors. But when I try to build the Code for the F28 the folowing error comes up:

xdc.tools.configuro: Error: no target named: please use -t, -b, or --cb .xdchelp /demo_F28M35H52C1_TMS320C28XX line 51

How do I config the Target name?

CCS Version is 5.5.0.00077 and the TI-TROS Version is 1.21.0.09

Which example are you trying to build?

You should find a "RTSC" tab under "General" properites for the project.

Hi Judah,
I try the IPC example from TI-RTOS examples (TI-RTOS -> C2000 -> F28M35H52C1 -> TMDXDOCKH52C1 Experimenter Kit -> TI Target Examples -> Demo Examples -> Demo[C28])

When I open the Property for the project there Target Textbox is empty.

Hi,

I don't know why its not populated. I would expect that if you import one of the examples from SYSBIOS or TI-RTOS that it gets popluated for you. You can go ahead and populate it yourself.

If you are running the floating point version of C28 enter "ti.targets.C28_float".

If you aren't running the floating point version, then enter "ti.targets.C28_large".
