DM814x & MT9M031 Image Sensor: Capture 12-bit raw monochrome data(1280x960) and pass it to the arm

I use the driver of MT9M034 modified by me instead of MT9M031. It is working at 720P with raw data on IPNC v3.8.0, DM814x and MT9M031. However, I want to running at 1280x960.

I was trying to get 1280x960 raw data many times, but I got a frame of 720P lines + garbage data of 240 lines from its DDR3 memory. I need only Raw data, not YUV and not encoding.

I would be grateful for your advice on the problems we are experiencing.
