How to make the DM368 achieving ARM 432MHz, DDR 340MHz and HDMI CLK @ 74.5MHz at the same time?

Dear experts,

  Customer wanted to use ARM 432MHz, DDR 340MHz and HDMI 74.25MHz, but they failed when using 24MHz and 27MHz osc, please help to check if this use case is possible? If yes, how to do?
