Does the software which is coded for 256Mbit DDR2-SDRAM (row = 13-bit, col = 9-bit, 4 banks) work on 512Mbit DDR2-SDRAM (row = 13-bit, col = 10-bit, 4 banks)?
I think the hardware implementation is same for both memory.
I want to know whether the DDR_A9 signal works properly with the 256Mbit DDR2-SDRAM settings.
