On some of our processor boards we see a pulse on GPIO[105] during power up. This happens when Vcore reaches 0.5V. Powering sequence is correct, voltages stable within 10ms, reset is held low for additional 60ms. The pulse is about 15µs wide, it appears only sporadically, less frequent when the device temperature rises. This is even more surprising as the pin belongs to the Default Power Down Pin Group and should be high-Z even after reset. The only external connection to the Signal is a logic gate input. Can anyone explain this behaviour?
