now i do some test and find that
when i use a 1080P 30FPS camera and the desk signal then the FPS of the canera channel will reduce to be half of the enc parameter(for example set 30 then it will be 15) and the desk channel will not reduce(the enc inputFrameRate is 60)
when i use a 1080P 60FPS camera and the desk signal then if the FPS of the canera channel set 60FPS that will reduce to be about 50FPS and the desk channel will not reduce(the enc inputFrameRate is 60)
so why?
