AM335X NOR Boot - SPL required?

hi,

We are using AM335X processor and the U-Boot version is 2013.10. As far as we looked into the code, configuration parameters (and building with NOR only) there is no MLO (SPL) generated.

Can anyone confirm for NOR boot SPL is not required?
