I got a BBB and ZLL development Kit, and I want to build a demo system in this website:http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/ZigBee_Lighting_Gateway
In that website, there's a section---Load Image into the BeagleBone Black. First you should download a Linux Image Files which is Ninja-Factory-Recovery-20-2013.img.gz, then create a Bootable SD card for the BeagleBone. However, in the Load Image into the BeagleBone Black section, which mentions that it will cost 45 mins waiting for the image to be loadded in to the emmc, and 3 User's LED‘s closest to the Enthernet connector flashing together continuously. What's more important, there's no identifier show that this process is end. I waited for one hour, but the three blue LED were still flashing. I'm afraid that if I move the power , the image is not loaded to the emmc. So I want to ask if there some sign to identify the end of process, such as the three LED hold on but not flashing together.
There's still a problem that in the section--Create a Bootable SD card for the BeagleBone, which mentioned Use Image Write to copy the .img file onto the micro-SD card(8GB Micro-SD card-7.726GB minimum).Because the Ninja-Factory-Recovery-20-12-2013.img file is 7.762GB. However, the 8GB micro-SD show only 7.4GB when on PC,i.e. you can only get 7.4GB from a 8GB micro-SD,which is smaller than the .img file. So I have to use a 16GB micro-SD to load the .img file. But I am not sure that BBB can support 16GB micro-SD.Now one hour has passed , and the three LED are still flashing. It is impossible to identify the result of the BBB, So I suggest that in the wiki page whether there can be more details to the developer.
That's all.Thanks.
