OMAP4460 RSZ from VGA to QVGA image quality not good

Hi,

My customer reports that when they resize 640x480 image to 320x240, it has artifact of blur/alias.

So far no issue observed on other resolutions.

Is it issue from kind of resize constant?  Could you give some comment.
