Our company is working on a project that uses SysBIOS on the DSP C674x subsystem within the DM8148.
Our DSP software make use of SysBIOS to deploy some propriety algorithm which source codes are not to be disclosed under any conditions.
Our concern is the licenses which SysBIOS and XDC tools are covered under will results in us being compel to release our source codes.
For SysBIOS, I had found under its "SYS/BIOS Software Manifest" website that its covered under BSD hence it'll not results in us requiring to release our source codes.
As XDC tools is a tools to SysBIOS, will its license results in us to compel to release our source codes?
Its not clear how the licenses of the XDC tools will impact us.
Kindly advise as this greatly concerns the development of this project.
