Looking at the Linux tree of SDK 7.0 (http://git.ti.com/gitweb/?p=ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel.git;a=commit;h=2325bb5680986b6914d8fd0b5d0bdc20081fe8d3) it does not seem that there are any TI specific drivers for DCAN.
The DCAN drivers files mentioned in the previous SDK release (6.0) are just not present in the new tree:

Is it because the driver has been re-written and is available somewhere else? or has the support been dropped?
Are there plan to add DCAN support in SDK 7.0?
