General questions on OMAP-L138 chip

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAP-L138

Hi,

I have few general questions on OMAP-L138 chip:

1. From the spec, EMIFA's SDRAM can go to max 512MB (but no one makes them out there), so the max goes to 256MB in reality.  In this case, how many of 256MB can be stack up or combined to get higher memory? For instance, can we put two of them together to achieve total of 512MB on SDRAM? If so, what's the max size we can go for that?

2. Where can I find more information about what's the limitation of Monta Vista Linux embedded inside Linux. Things like SSH is not supported, and ...etc.

3. Where can I find more information about VFAT which is currently used for Linux's file system? We want to know how does it differ from FAT32 system?

Thanks!

Stephen
