I followed the procedure to enable 3G modem in Android from this link

I compiled successfully. I am using the same airtel 3G modem.when i connecting the modem to board it is detecting it and node is created. ttyUSB0,1,2.but when i am setting the APN in setting---> Mobile networks. My setting are not being saved and modem is not getting connected. can you tell me what might be the problem.
I followed the same procedure given on your site.please help me.I am using Android-JB4.1-AM335x.
