AM3358 stops when trying to enable clock for eQEP

Hi,

I try to use eQEP feature of AM3358 to do that one step is to enable clock for eQEP module, here I'm writing 0x00000010 to address 0x48302008 which should be register address of CLKCONFIG register.

Amazingly the CPU stops when I write to this register. So...what could be wrong here? Ia there some other initialisation missing?
