TCI6636 ram leveling failure

Hi there,

I have a custom board with a TCI6636 keystone 2 SOC on it. On Bank A there is 2GB of RAM connected.

The levelling is currently failing, when I read the phy status register I get the following

DDR3A PGSR0 = 0x80e00fff

Three bits here indicate leveling failures.

(23) WLAERR Reset = 0x0
Write Leveling Adjustment Error: Indicates if set that there is anerror in write leveling adjustment

(22) QSGERR Reset = 0x0
DQS Gate Training Error: Indicates if set that there is an error in DQS gate training.

(21) WLERR Reset = 0x0
Write Leveling Error: Indicates if set that there is an error in write leveling.

Is there anything I can do from software to fix these failures?
  • Hi,

TCI66xx devices are supported directly through Local Field Applications Engineers (FAEs.)  These devices are not supported on the E2E forum.  Please contact your local FAE for support of these devices.  If you are not sure who your local FAE is, then please contact your local technical sales representative and they will be able to put you in contact with your local FAE.

    Thanks.
