Signal controls for multiplexer

You can contorl the Multiplexs using C6748 GPIO's .

But i don't understand  this question   Can I control the voltage from the logic outputs?  

 What do you mean by control ?, you can drive the GPIO either logic High or Low

By control I meant to set the voltage of the high and low logic voltages. So, which is the way to control the GPIO's through the development kit? I don't know how could I do it.

I understand your issue, but the only way to get the GPIO signal out from the LCDK is to tap or solder wires from J14 & J15 connectors, these are only connector available for expansion and some signals are pin-muxed with GPIO’s  use one them for you control.

Which are the registers associated to the mux control? Are they the GP2[4] and the GP2[5]?

You want to use GP3 [4] and GP2 [5] for mux control? Make sure these I/O’s are already connected to Switch S2 (GPIO2-4) and S3 (GPIO2-5) in the LCDK board.

The associated register for pin-mux controls is Pin Multiplexing Control 6 Register (PINMUX6), please refer system configuration module in the technical reference manual for more details.
