Change McASP clock

I want to lower down McASP clock from 48KHz to 24KHz.

Please help me.

    Thanks for your post.

    In general, The transmit and receive clocks can be sourced internally or externally by configuring the McASP clock control registers ACLKRCTL, AHCLKRCTL, ACLKXCTL, and AHCLKXCTL. If external clock is driven into a high-frequency master clock (AHCLKX or AHCLKR), you can configure the desired clock through a programmable divider.

    Likewise, if it uses internal clock source, then the tx. & rx. clocks can be configured through PLL0_AUXCLK clock through programmable dividers. For more details, please refer Fig. 7-7, McASP clocking diagaram in the omapl138 TRM as below:
