Error updating DSP/BIOS 5.20 to 5.42

I am upgrading a project that uses DSP/BIOS 5.20 to DSP/BIOS 5.42.

 

I am getting the following error and don't know how to handle it.  I get many errors like this.

 

Thanks for any help you can provide.

   ==> "This BIOS version does not support linking with ROM."
