Update SYSBIOS to 6.40 and XDC tools to 3.30

Hello,

Since I upgraded the SYSBIOS and XDCtools I can no longer load any platform package from older XDCtools folder (3.25) or the new bios_6_40_01_15\packages\ti\platforms folder into CCSv5.5 to edit via New->Other->RTSC Edit/View RTSC platform menu, also New RTSC doesn't load any platforms in Device Family or Device name. Anyone seen the same issue?

Hi Sasha,

Yes, it answer my question and I can now edit the platform again. However since you selected "Suggested answer" I can no longer see "Verify" button to confirm it answers my question.
