AM3352 display interface

You will need a serializer for the LVDS display. See this wiki for details: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/LCD_connectivity#Connection_to_LVDS_LCDs . It  discusses OMAPm but the connections are the same. For 18-bit panel you will need to set the LCD controller in 24-bit mode and connect the 6 MSB's for each color. See AM335X Errata Rev. F, Usage Note 3.1.1 for the correct color assignments.

Yes, this is the block diagram. If you don't need the two interfaces at the same time I would suggest that you place two sets of serial resistors (zero ohm) next to where the interface splits. By populating only the necessary resistor set you will avoid long stubs on the signal lines, which may otherwise act as antennas and impair performance.

I need 44 resistors (18 bit data and 4 control lines for RGB and LVDS) in this option. It seems difficult in testing. 

I have another option which is given below. 

While testing RGB display i will enable the buffer using GPIO and for LVDS, by using the PWR DWN signal.

But in both cases, AM3352 LCD controller will have signals in both RGB and LVDS lines. Is there any problem for AM3352 while connecting both?

You have to check what will be the state of the buffer (resp. LVDS) inputs when the device is disabled. You need to be sure the LCD lines will not be pulled by the disabled device.

Im using TI's non inverting buffer, SN74LVC244A in my design.

I don't know your use case but note that this buffer has a maximum operating frequency of 100MHz.

Maximum clk frequency in our case is 71MHz. So this buffer is suitable. If so, is this connection scheme ok?
