i am using C5515,so in the trails of power consumption analysis i am stuck in using the spread sheet provided by TI here
the spread sheet provided when downloaded is viewed with an exclamation icon,more over when opened gives a warning saying"Unreadable content in the .xlsm",when after recovery even though all macros are enabled pop-ups with an error saying macro not existing so unable to run it
try to provide an updated spread sheet

Which OS are you using ? We have found no such issues in opening and using this excel sheet.
Let me help ,guide you in opening the excel sheet.
I am currently using Windows 7 and I click on the download link , pop up comes up as mentioned in the snapshot below.
Save the file, then extract it. Exclamatory mark shown on .xlsm files seems to be a feature and not an error according to MS.
You can now open the power estimation excel sheet. While you open the excel sheet , If it further pops an window to provide inputs on update links to other data source , click on "Don't Update".
With this you should be able to use the spreadsheet and estimate power.
